Welcome to the Bay Area chapter of CMA! Our chapter is a dynamic, warm, and welcoming community of professionals across the children's media and learning landscape. While our focus naturally leans into technology—being at the heart of innovation in the Bay Area - we celebrate the diversity of our members, including musicians, publishers, learning designers, teachers, voice actors, researchers, developers, product managers and more. We know how much we can learn from each other, and our chapter thrives on the exchange of ideas across disciplines.
Whether you're working on apps, interactive media, books, music, education, or storytelling in any form, we’re here to connect, support, and collaborate over our shared mission to create meaningful, joyful, and impactful experiences for children and families.
We host monthly meet-ups across the Bay, along with themed events, expert panels, networking opportunities, salons, and presentations. While we love gathering in person, we also offer virtual events to connect with members beyond the Bay Area. Join us!
